Welcome to the indestructible, unavoidable, completely-impossible-to-unpublish page for this website’s blog.  Seriously, I tried everything short of deleting the page altogether to make it disappear from the search results of the many search engines that comb the Internet.

History has shown that I am a very bad blogger.  I have tried to maintain a personal blog on a few separate occasions, and I have realized that I either lack the requisite skills to do so, or I am just not that interesting.

Or it could be both.

In any case, I can say that I have been reasonably successful assisting Wilson Komen with the blog for his company, Coach Kiprunning.  For now, you should go there to read my musings about running, racing, training, injury, etc.  I also try to cover some major DC Road Runners events, as well as various running happenings in the Washington, DC region.  I am not too shabby at this endeavor!  And so I will, for the foreseeable future, be channeling my blogging energy thataway.
